A top price for Mosè Bianchi - as previously expected
In November 2007 Sothebys in London held the auction 19th Century Paintings including Spanish Painting and Symbolism & the Poetic Vision, which included the work Italian Venetian Boatboy by Mosè Bianchi. The price achieved of GBP 60,500.00 (€ 84,715.65) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Italian Venetian Boatboy is the most expensive artwork by Mosè Bianchi that we have observed at auctions so far.
