Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 420,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 68 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Maurice Blond auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Two village scenes First: signed in Latin (lower right) im Juni letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.570,00 (€ 4.147,32).
