This artwork by Maurice Lemaître achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in October 2017. In the Post-War & Contemporary Art auction, the work Sans Titre - 1968 sold for EUR 6,240.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Maurice Lemaître; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Sans Titre - 1968 sold at auction in October 2017 with the realized price of EUR 8,060.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Maurice Lemaître erzielte im Oktober 2017 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Sans Titre - 1968 für EUR 6.240,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Maurice Lemaître; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Sans Titre - 1968 im Oktober 2017 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 8.060,00.
