Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Composizione by Mario Sironi was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art auction at Il Ponte in May this year. It changed hands for a price of EUR 4,500.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mario Sironi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Paesaggio Con Tempio in May 2007 with an auction result of EUR 826,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Composizione von Mario Sironi wurde im Mai diesen Jahres in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei Il Ponte versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 4.500,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mario Sironi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Paesaggio Con Tempio im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 826.500,00.
