In the Tableaux Orientalistes et Art Moderne Arabe et Iranien auction, the work Tahedat filant sold for EUR 90,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 40,000.00. Admittedly, works by Marie Aimee Eliane Lucas-Robiquet have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work French une Caravane Dans L'Oued-Biskra in April 2015 with an auction result of GBP 293,000.00 (€ 402,356.57).
