In December 2011 Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work All'ippodromo by Marcello Dudovich. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,900.00 58% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Marcello Dudovich have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Corse Di Brescia in November 2010 with an auction result of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 8,962.49).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 58 % übertroffen
Im Dezember 2011 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit All'ippodromo von Marcello Dudovich zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.900,00 und damit 58% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Marcello Dudovich auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Corse Di Brescia im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.500,00 (€ 8.962,49).
