Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Lucebert was sold in the Art of the 20th Century | ONLINE ONLY auction at VAN HAM in July last year. The price achieved of EUR 1,320.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lucebert achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dutch Dorfsscène in May 2007 with an auction result of EUR 132,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Lucebert wurde im Juli letzten Jahres in der Auktion Art of the 20th Century | ONLINE ONLY bei VAN HAM versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.320,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lucebert erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Dutch Dorfsscène im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 132.000,00.
