In November this year Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Der Einsiedler by Lucebert. The result of EUR 6,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lucebert achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dutch Dorfsscène in May 2007 with an auction result of EUR 132,000.00.
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im November diesen Jahres führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Der Einsiedler von Lucebert zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 6.000,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lucebert erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Dutch Dorfsscène im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 132.000,00.
