Auction result well in line with expectations

COPIES AFTER OMPIX auction at Christies in Amsterdam in September 2001. The price achieved of EUR 1,057.50 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 910.00 – 1,400.00. Admittedly, works by Louis van Soest have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work An Atmospheric Winters Day in April 2004 with an auction result of EUR 7,767.50.
