Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work A Girl And Birds by Lin Yong was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at China Guardian in October last year. It achieved a price of HKD 60,000.00 (€ 7,688.75), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lin Yong achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lady Tidying Her Hair in October 2017 with an auction result of HKD 750,000.00 (€ 82,546.36).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit A Girl And Birds von Lin Yong wurde im Oktober letzten Jahres in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 60.000,00 (€ 7.688,75) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 20%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lin Yong erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Lady Tidying Her Hair im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 750.000,00 (€ 82.546,36).
