Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Sword Drill by Lill Tschudi was sold in the The Age of SpeedThe Grosvenor School and the Avant-garde auction at Bonhams in London in December this year. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 1,664.00 (€ 1,916.86). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lill Tschudi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Fixing the Wires in December this year with an auction result of GBP 23,040.00 (€ 26,541.20).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Sword Drill von Lill Tschudi wurde im Dezember diesen Jahres in der Auktion The Age of SpeedThe Grosvenor School and the Avant-garde bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 1.664,00 (€ 1.916,86) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lill Tschudi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Fixing the Wires im Dezember diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 23.040,00 (€ 26.541,20).
