Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Untitled (Figures over Sichuan Mountains) by Fang Lijun was sold in the 20th/21st Century Art Online auction at Christies in Hong Kong in October last year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 700,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 756,000.00 (€ 96,878.20). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fang Lijun achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Series 2 No. 4 in October 2014 with an auction result of HKD 59,480,000.00 (€ 6,123,639.27).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Figures over Sichuan Mountains) von Fang Lijun wurde im Oktober letzten Jahres in der Auktion 20th/21st Century Art Online bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 700.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 756.000,00 (€ 96.878,20) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fang Lijun erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Series 2 No. 4 im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 59.480.000,00 (€ 6.123.639,27).
