In November this year Bruun Rasmussen held the auction Modern art and design, which included the work “The wallpaper” by Julie Nord. The auction ended at the price of DKK 3,000.00 (€ 402.37), which exactly corresponded to the pre-set estimate of DKK 3,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Julie Nord - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in January 2024 for DKK 1,500.00 (€ 1,310.96).
Zuschlag beim Schätzpreis
Im November diesen Jahres führte Bruun Rasmussen die Auktion Modern art and design durch, in der auch die Arbeit “The wallpaper” von Julie Nord zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von DKK 3.000,00 (€ 402,37) entsprach exakt dem Schätzpreis von DKK 3.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Julie Nord mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im Januar 2024 für DKK 1.500,00 (€ 1.310,96) versteigert wurde.
