Auction result well in line with expectations
In September 2012 Christies in London held the auction 19th Century European Art Including Orientalist Art, which included the work Low tide at Tréport by Jules Achille Noël. The price achieved of GBP 1,250.00 (€ 1,568.53) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jules Achille Noël achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Children Playing On The Beach, Treport; And Families Enjoying A Day At The Beach, Treport in November 2015 with an auction result of EUR 175,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September 2012 führte Christies in London die Auktion 19th Century European Art Including Orientalist Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Low tide at Tréport von Jules Achille Noël zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.250,00 (€ 1.568,53) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jules Achille Noël erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Children Playing On The Beach, Treport; And Families Enjoying A Day At The Beach, Treport im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 175.500,00.
