The work Flowers, Birds And Insects by Ju Chao was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2017. It achieved a price of HKD 325,000.00 (€ 38,361.63), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 63%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ju Chao - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Flowers, which sold at auction in October last year for HKD 960,000.00 (€ 123,019.93).

Die Arbeit Flowers, Birds And Insects von Ju Chao kam im April 2017 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 325.000,00 (€ 38.361,63) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 63%. Für andere Arbeiten von Ju Chao mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Flowers beobachtet, die im Oktober letzten Jahres für HKD 960.000,00 (€ 123.019,93) versteigert wurde.
