Auction result misses estimated price range
In April this year a collector was able to acquire the work “Understanding the impact of architecture 16”, 2022 by John Kørner for DKK 8,500.00 (€ 1,140.26). This price was achieved in the auction Modern art and design at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 10,000.00 – 12,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by John Kørner achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Bird Man in October 2014 with an auction result of GBP 18,750.00 (€ 23,941.04).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit “Understanding the impact of architecture 16”, 2022 von John Kørner für DKK 8.500,00 (€ 1.140,26) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 10.000,00 – 12.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von John Kørner erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Bird Man im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 18.750,00 (€ 23.941,04).
