This artwork by Jochen Mühlenbrink achieved an unexpectedly high price at VAN HAM in October 2020. In the SOR Rusche Collection - PART VII auction, the work Sockel sold for EUR 3,868.00 - well above the estimate of EUR 1,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jochen Mühlenbrink - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Bilder einer Ausstellung II", which sold at auction in June 2020 for EUR 8,181.00.
Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Jochen Mühlenbrink erzielte im Oktober 2020 bei VAN HAM einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion SOR Rusche Collection - PART VII wurde die Arbeit Sockel für EUR 3.868,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Jochen Mühlenbrink mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Bilder einer Ausstellung II" beobachtet, die im Juni 2020 für EUR 8.181,00 versteigert wurde.
