Auction result misses estimated price range
In June this year a collector was able to acquire the work Two compositions by Jais Nielsen for DKK 2,400.00 (€ 322.20). This price was achieved in the auction Modern art and design at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 4,000.00 – 6,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jais Nielsen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Liggende Model in October 2012 with an auction result of GBP 8,125.00 (€ 10,102.01).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Two compositions von Jais Nielsen für DKK 2.400,00 (€ 322,20) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jais Nielsen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Liggende Model im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 8.125,00 (€ 10.102,01).
