Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work Rue du Château by Jacques Villeglé for EUR 10,625.00. This price was achieved in the auction 20th/21st Century: Milan online Sale at Christies in Milan and was even below the estimate range of EUR 15,000.00 – 20,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jacques Villeglé achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Boulevard Saint-Martin in June 2010 with an auction result of EUR 312,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2021 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Rue du Château von Jacques Villeglé für EUR 10.625,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion 20th/21st Century: Milan online Sale bei Christies in Mailand erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jacques Villeglé erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Boulevard Saint-Martin im Juni 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 312.750,00.
