Auction result well in line with expectations
The work NTM/ Johnny by Jacques Villeglé was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in June last year. It changed hands for a price of EUR 17,640.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jacques Villeglé achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Boulevard Saint-Martin in June 2010 with an auction result of EUR 312,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit NTM/ Johnny von Jacques Villeglé kam im Juni letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 17.640,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 12.000,00 – 18.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jacques Villeglé erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Boulevard Saint-Martin im Juni 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 312.750,00.
