Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In July 2008 Christies in London held the auction 20th Century British Art, which included the work Portrait of a young woman by Jacob Kramer. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 6,875.00 (€ 8,734.76). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jacob Kramer - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Head Of A Young Woman, which sold at auction in November 2016 for GBP 23,750.00 (€ 28,022.66).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juli 2008 führte Christies in London die Auktion 20th Century British Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Portrait of a young woman von Jacob Kramer zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 6.875,00 (€ 8.734,76) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Jacob Kramer mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Head Of A Young Woman beobachtet, die im November 2016 für GBP 23.750,00 (€ 28.022,66) versteigert wurde.
