In June 2010 Bukowski in Helsinki held the auction Spring Classic Sale Stockholm, which included the work Vanadis under insegling till ön Jaluit i Söderhavet 1884 by Jacob Hägg. The »bidding war« ended at SEK 44,000.00 (€ 4,614.43), 47% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jacob Hägg achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work H.M.S. Norrköping off Kronborg Castle at Helsingör in December 2010 with an auction result of SEK 460,000.00 (€ 51,272.89).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 47 % übertroffen
Im Juni 2010 führte Bukowski in Helsinki die Auktion Spring Classic Sale Stockholm durch, in der auch die Arbeit Vanadis under insegling till ön Jaluit i Söderhavet 1884 von Jacob Hägg zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von SEK 44.000,00 (€ 4.614,43) und damit 47% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jacob Hägg erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit H.M.S. Norrköping off Kronborg Castle at Helsingör im Dezember 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 460.000,00 (€ 51.272,89).
