Sold at the upper estimate price
In October 2018 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Rolf Schmitz Collection H056, which included the work "Spanskt landskap" / "Landskap med buskvegetation" (Spanish Landscape / Landscape with Shrubs) by Ivan Aguéli. The auction ended at the price of SEK 250,000.00 (€ 24,113.13), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of SEK 200,000.00 – 250,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ivan Aguéli - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Palmlund" (Palm grove), which sold at auction in June 2019 for SEK 900,000.00 (€ 85,691.53).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im Oktober 2018 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Rolf Schmitz Collection H056 durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Spanskt landskap" / "Landskap med buskvegetation" (Spanish Landscape / Landscape with Shrubs) von Ivan Aguéli zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 250.000,00 (€ 24.113,13) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 200.000,00 – 250.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Ivan Aguéli mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Palmlund" (Palm grove) beobachtet, die im Juni 2019 für SEK 900.000,00 (€ 85.691,53) versteigert wurde.
