Auction result fails to reach estimate
This work of art by Inge Hørup could be acquired at Bruun Rasmussen in August this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Modern art and design auction, the work “Should we really invite them in for a cup of the” changed hands for DKK 2,100.00 (€ 281.70) - just shy of the DKK 3,000.00 estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Inge Hørup - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Mom and daughter, which sold at auction in November this year for DKK 8,000.00 (€ 1,072.97).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Dieses Kunstwerk von Inge Hørup konnte im August diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Modern art and design wechselte die Arbeit “Should we really invite them in for a cup of the” für DKK 2.100,00 (€ 281,70) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit den Schätzpreis von DKK 3.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Inge Hørup mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Mom and daughter beobachtet, die im November diesen Jahres für DKK 8.000,00 (€ 1.072,97) versteigert wurde.
