Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Over And Over by Idris Khan was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2021. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 500,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 529,200.00 (€ 56,659.15). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Idris Khan - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work (I) Every... Bernd And Hilla Becher Prison Type Gasholders (Ii) Every... Bernd And Hilla Becher Spherical Type Gasholders (Iii) Every... Bernd And Hilla Becher Gable Side Houses, which sold at auction in October 2012 for GBP 181,250.00 (€ 225,352.58).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Over And Over von Idris Khan kam im April 2021 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion.
