Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Iaroslav Serpan achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in October 2017. In the Post-War & Contemporary Art auction, the work Mapslapkaam - 1952 sold for EUR 13,650.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Iaroslav Serpan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Série Amazonica, N˚27 in November 2011 with an auction result of USD 230,500.00 (€ 171,337.25).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Iaroslav Serpan erzielte im Oktober 2017 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Mapslapkaam - 1952 für EUR 13.650,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Iaroslav Serpan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Série Amazonica, N˚27 im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 230.500,00 (€ 171.337,25).
