In September this year Christies in Shanghai held the auction 20th/21st Century Art Sale, which included the work Bubbles by Huang Yuxing. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 819,000.00 (€ 98,815.48), 37% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huang Yuxing achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Seven Treasure Pines in December 2021 with an auction result of HKD 64,830,000.00 (€ 7,343,352.18).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 37 % übertroffen
Im September diesen Jahres führte Christies in Shanghai die Auktion 20th/21st Century Art Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bubbles von Huang Yuxing zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 819.000,00 (€ 98.815,48) und damit 37% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huang Yuxing erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Seven Treasure Pines im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 64.830.000,00 (€ 7.343.352,18).
