Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Huang Yuxing could be acquired at China Guardian in October this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art auction, the work A Drift Of An Anarchist(Painted In 2018) changed hands for HKD 2,200,000.00 (€ 266,048.45) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of HKD 2,800,000.00 – 3,800,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huang Yuxing achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Seven Treasure Pines in December 2021 with an auction result of HKD 64,830,000.00 (€ 7,343,352.18).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Huang Yuxing konnte im Oktober diesen Jahres bei China Guardian für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art wechselte die Arbeit A Drift Of An Anarchist(Painted In 2018) für HKD 2.200.000,00 (€ 266.048,45) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 2.800.000,00 – 3.800.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huang Yuxing erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Seven Treasure Pines im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 64.830.000,00 (€ 7.343.352,18).
