A top price for Huang Yongyu
This artwork by Huang Yongyu achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2017. In the Fine Chinese Modern Paintings auction, the work Autumn Scenery sold for HKD 19,300,000.00 (€ 2,077,937.47) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 9,000,000.00. This high result makes Autumn Scenery the most expensive artwork by Huang Yongyu that we have observed at auctions so far.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Huang Yongyu erzielte im November 2017 bei Christies in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings wurde die Arbeit Autumn Scenery für HKD 19.300.000,00 (€ 2.077.937,47) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 9.000.000,00. Dieses hohe Ergebnis macht Autumn Scenery zu dem teuersten Kunstwerk von Huang Yongyu, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
