Auction result well in line with expectations
In December this year Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Modern and Contemporary Ink Paintings, which included the work Landscapes by Huang Binhong. The price achieved of HKD 1,260,000.00 (€ 145,796.42) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 1,000,000.00 – 2,000,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huang Binhong achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Autumn Mountain View in April this year with an auction result of HKD 6,936,000.00 (€ 7,083,013.04).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember diesen Jahres führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Modern and Contemporary Ink Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscapes von Huang Binhong zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 1.260.000,00 (€ 145.796,42) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 1.000.000,00 – 2.000.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huang Binhong erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Autumn Mountain View im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 6.936.000,00 (€ 7.083.013,04).
