The work Drawn up boats on the beach by Holger Lübbers was auctioned at Bruun Rasmussen in January 2024. Here, the estimate of DKK 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for DKK 3,400.00 (€ 2,971.51). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Holger Lübbers - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "The Russian Imperial Yacht Polar Star In The Harbour Of Copenhagen", which sold at auction in May 2014 for EUR 7,400.00.
Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Drawn up boats on the beach von Holger Lübbers kam im Januar 2024 bei Bruun Rasmussen zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der Schätzpreis von DKK 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für DKK 3.400,00 (€ 2.971,51) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Holger Lübbers mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "The Russian Imperial Yacht Polar Star In The Harbour Of Copenhagen" beobachtet, die im Mai 2014 für EUR 7.400,00 versteigert wurde.
