This work without title by Hermann Bartels was sold in the Nineteen to Now, Art from the 19th, 20th and the 21st Centuries auction at Christies in Amsterdam in March 2011. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,500.00 67% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hermann Bartels achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ohne Titel in November 2013 with an auction result of EUR 15,480.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 67 % übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Hermann Bartels wurde im März 2011 in der Auktion Nineteen to Now, Art from the 19th, 20th and the 21st Centuries bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.500,00 und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hermann Bartels erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ohne Titel im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 15.480,00.
