Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2015 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Old Masters & 19th century Art - (including Dutch Impressionism), which included the work Teatime by Henriëtte Ronner-Knip. It changed hands for a price of EUR 63,900.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 45,000.00 – 65,000.00. Admittedly, works by Henriëtte Ronner-Knip have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Kittens At Play in October 2006 with an auction result of EUR 342,400.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2015 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Old Masters & 19th century Art - (including Dutch Impressionism) durch, in der auch die Arbeit Teatime von Henriëtte Ronner-Knip zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 63.900,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 45.000,00 – 65.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Henriëtte Ronner-Knip auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Kittens At Play im Oktober 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 342.400,00.
