In August 2004 Christies in London held the auction British and Continental Pictures, which included the work Fishing Vessels In A Calm, Early Morning by Henriette Gudin. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 776.75 (€ 1,149.60), 29% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Henriette Gudin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Vessels On The Bosphourus, Hagia Sophia Mosque Beyond in June 2013 with an auction result of GBP 10,250.00 (€ 11,963.59).

Im August 2004 führte Christies in London die Auktion British and Continental Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Fishing Vessels In A Calm, Early Morning von Henriette Gudin zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 776,75 (€ 1.149,60) und damit 29% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Henriette Gudin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Vessels On The Bosphourus, Hagia Sophia Mosque Beyond im Juni 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 10.250,00 (€ 11.963,59).
