In the Paintings, furniture and varia auction, the work Home from the market sold for DKK 6,500.00 (€ 871.46) - well above the estimate of DKK 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Hans Smidth have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Scenery from an old fisherman's house on Fur in January 2024 with an auction result of DKK 8,000.00 (€ 6,991.78).

Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hans Smidth auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Scenery from an old fisherman's house on Fur im Januar 2024 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 8.000,00 (€ 6.991,78).
