Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work T 1955-9 by Hans Hartung was sold in the POST-WAR AND CONTEMPORARY ART Paris, Evening Sale (Including CONSORTIUM: 40 YEARS) auction at Christies in Paris in June 2018. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 850,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 895,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Hans Hartung - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work T1956-13, which sold at auction in December 2017 for EUR 2,691,250.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit T 1955-9 von Hans Hartung wurde im Juni 2018 in der Auktion POST-WAR AND CONTEMPORARY ART Paris, Evening Sale (Including CONSORTIUM: 40 YEARS) bei Christies in Paris versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 850.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 895.500,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Hans Hartung mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit T1956-13 beobachtet, die im Dezember 2017 für EUR 2.691.250,00 versteigert wurde.
