Upper estimate price exceeded by 27 %.
In May this year Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Rouen by Gustave Loiseau. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 28,000.00 27% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gustave Loiseau achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work L'hôtel de Mademoiselle Ernestine, Saint-Jouin (Finistère) ou Le verger de Mademoiselle Ernestine, Saint-Jouin in November 2021 with an auction result of USD 774,000.00 (€ 685,744.66).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 27 % übertroffen
Im Mai diesen Jahres führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Rouen von Gustave Loiseau zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 28.000,00 und damit 27% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gustave Loiseau erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit L'hôtel de Mademoiselle Ernestine, Saint-Jouin (Finistère) ou Le verger de Mademoiselle Ernestine, Saint-Jouin im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 774.000,00 (€ 685.744,66).
