Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May this year POLY held the auction Collections of paintings preserved by overseas collectors II, which included the work Plum Blossom And Bamboo by Guan Shanyue. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 6,600.00 (€ 791.08). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Guan Shanyue achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sketching in the Qilian Mountains in May 2013 with an auction result of HKD 9,390,000.00 (€ 931,191.87).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai diesen Jahres führte POLY die Auktion Collections of paintings preserved by overseas collectors II durch, in der auch die Arbeit Plum Blossom And Bamboo von Guan Shanyue zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 6.600,00 (€ 791,08) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Guan Shanyue erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sketching in the Qilian Mountains im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 9.390.000,00 (€ 931.191,87).
