Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work Scorcio del Naviglio by Giovanni Colombo da Busnago was auctioned at Il Ponte in November 2015, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of EUR 350.00 – 400.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for EUR 300.00. Admittedly, works by Giovanni Colombo da Busnago have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work detto Giovanni Da Busnago in October 2012 with an auction result of EUR 1,800.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit Scorcio del Naviglio von Giovanni Colombo da Busnago im November 2015 bei Il Ponte versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 350,00 – 400,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für EUR 300,00 den Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Giovanni Colombo da Busnago auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit detto Giovanni Da Busnago im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 1.800,00.
