Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2012 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Autumn Classic Sale, Stockholm, which included the work Historical figure studies by Georg Pauli. The price achieved of SEK 11,000.00 (€ 1,281.36) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as SEK 10,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Georg Pauli achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Romerskt bad"/"Odalisk" (The Roman Bath/Odalisque) in June 2014 with an auction result of SEK 980,000.00 (€ 107,019.72).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2012 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Autumn Classic Sale, Stockholm durch, in der auch die Arbeit Historical figure studies von Georg Pauli zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von SEK 11.000,00 (€ 1.281,36) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit SEK 10.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Georg Pauli erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Romerskt bad"/"Odalisk" (The Roman Bath/Odalisque) im Juni 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 980.000,00 (€ 107.019,72).
