Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Charmeur De Serpent, Circa 1890 by Friedrich Goldscheider was auctioned at Artcurial in Marrakech in May last year. The price achieved of MAD 10,496.00 (€ 1,046.57) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as MAD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Friedrich Goldscheider achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Gardien Du Harema Polychrome Terracotta Of The Harem Keeper By Friedrich Goldscheider (1845-1897), Austrian School, Signed, Stamped And Numbered in November 2011 with an auction result of EUR 16,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Charmeur De Serpent, Circa 1890 von Friedrich Goldscheider kam im Mai letzten Jahres bei Artcurial in Marrakesch zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von MAD 10.496,00 (€ 1.046,57) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit MAD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Friedrich Goldscheider erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le Gardien Du Harema Polychrome Terracotta Of The Harem Keeper By Friedrich Goldscheider (1845-1897), Austrian School, Signed, Stamped And Numbered im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 16.250,00.
