Auction result well in line with expectations
In May last year Artcurial in Marrakech held the auction A Moroccan Spring, which included the work Buste D'Homme by Friedrich Goldscheider. It changed hands for a price of MAD 7,872.00 (€ 784.93) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of MAD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Friedrich Goldscheider achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Gardien Du Harema Polychrome Terracotta Of The Harem Keeper By Friedrich Goldscheider (1845-1897), Austrian School, Signed, Stamped And Numbered in November 2011 with an auction result of EUR 16,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai letzten Jahres führte Artcurial in Marrakesch die Auktion A Moroccan Spring durch, in der auch die Arbeit Buste D'Homme von Friedrich Goldscheider zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von MAD 7.872,00 (€ 784,93) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von MAD 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Friedrich Goldscheider erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le Gardien Du Harema Polychrome Terracotta Of The Harem Keeper By Friedrich Goldscheider (1845-1897), Austrian School, Signed, Stamped And Numbered im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 16.250,00.
