Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May last year Artcurial in Marrakech held the auction A Moroccan Spring, which included the work Buste D'Homme by Friedrich Goldscheider. The »bidding war« ended at MAD 14,432.00 (€ 1,439.03), 20% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Friedrich Goldscheider achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Gardien Du Harema Polychrome Terracotta Of The Harem Keeper By Friedrich Goldscheider (1845-1897), Austrian School, Signed, Stamped And Numbered in November 2011 with an auction result of EUR 16,250.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai letzten Jahres führte Artcurial in Marrakesch die Auktion A Moroccan Spring durch, in der auch die Arbeit Buste D'Homme von Friedrich Goldscheider zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von MAD 14.432,00 (€ 1.439,03) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Friedrich Goldscheider erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le Gardien Du Harema Polychrome Terracotta Of The Harem Keeper By Friedrich Goldscheider (1845-1897), Austrian School, Signed, Stamped And Numbered im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 16.250,00.
