Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sierra Landscape by Franz Arthur Bischoff was sold in the California Art auction at Bonhams in April this year. The price achieved of USD 22,950.00 (€ 20,788.04) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Franz Arthur Bischoff achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Mixed Bouquet Of Roses in November 2004 with an auction result of USD 321,100.00 (€ 242,175.13).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sierra Landscape von Franz Arthur Bischoff wurde im April diesen Jahres in der Auktion California Art bei Bonhams versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 22.950,00 (€ 20.788,04) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Franz Arthur Bischoff erzielen.
