Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape Near a Bay by Franz Arthur Bischoff was auctioned at Bonhams in Edinburgh in November this year. The price achieved of USD 5,760.00 (€ 5,280.53) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Franz Arthur Bischoff achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Mixed Bouquet Of Roses in November 2004 with an auction result of USD 321,100.00 (€ 242,175.13).

Die Arbeit Landscape Near a Bay von Franz Arthur Bischoff kam im November diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in Edinburgh zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 5.760,00 (€ 5.280,53) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Franz Arthur Bischoff erzielen.
