The upper estimate was set at - in retrospect quite modest - EUR 6,000.00 but the actual price achieved was more than seven times as high at EUR 42,900.00. This high result makes Zebra 17, Paris Studio - 1998 the most expensive artwork by Francis Giacobetti that we have observed at auctions so far.
