Upper estimate price exceeded by 33 %.
In May this year Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Vaso di fiori by Filippo de Pisis. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 8,000.00 33% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Filippo de Pisis achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ponte sulla Senna in May 2001 with an auction result of ITL 196,000,000.00 (€ 185,452.40).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 33 % übertroffen
Im Mai diesen Jahres führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Vaso di fiori von Filippo de Pisis zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 8.000,00 und damit 33% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Filippo de Pisis erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ponte sulla Senna im Mai 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 196.000.000,00 (€ 185.452,40).
