Sold at the upper estimate price
In May this year Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Natura morta by Filippo de Pisis. The auction ended at the price of EUR 15,000.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Filippo de Pisis achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ponte sulla Senna in May 2001 with an auction result of ITL 196,000,000.00 (€ 185,452.40).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im Mai diesen Jahres führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Natura morta von Filippo de Pisis zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 15.000,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Filippo de Pisis erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ponte sulla Senna im Mai 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 196.000.000,00 (€ 185.452,40).
