Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2005 Christies in Rome held the auction ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO, which included the work Il mazzolino di fiori by Filippo Carcano. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 17,360.00 16% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Filippo Carcano - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Una Passeggiata Amorosa, which sold at auction in December 2007 for EUR 45,850.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2005 führte Christies in Rom die Auktion ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO durch, in der auch die Arbeit Il mazzolino di fiori von Filippo Carcano zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 17.360,00 und damit 16% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Filippo Carcano mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Una Passeggiata Amorosa beobachtet, die im Dezember 2007 für EUR 45.850,00 versteigert wurde.
