Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work Maquettes Pour Pernod Fils by Félix Aublet was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in November 2017, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of EUR 500.00 – 600.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for EUR 350.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Félix Aublet achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Table À Mécanisme - 1932 in November 2017 with an auction result of EUR 19,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit Maquettes Pour Pernod Fils von Félix Aublet im November 2017 bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 500,00 – 600,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für EUR 350,00 den Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Félix Aublet erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Table À Mécanisme - 1932 im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 19.500,00.
